I have recently had my teeth whitened and had composite bonding at new market road dentist. I can’t thank dr shah enough for the amazing work he has done. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist but dr shah was patient and reassuring throughout and I felt at ease very quickly. All the staff there were lovely and I would recommend to others to have dental treatment here.

I had always felt self-conscious about my overlapping top teeth, but felt I had missed my opportunity to get them corrected.
Sam gave me the confidence that they could be corrected and after 9 months, I have the perfect smile that I've always wanted. I'm just kicking myself that I didn't do it sooner.
The process was straight-forward and the costs and timeline were set out before treatment started. Both were spot on with payments spread across the course of the treatment to make things easier.
I had monthly appointments where my progress was monitored and felt informed every step of the way. The braces were discreet with very few people actually noticing them.

I can’t praise Newmarket Rd dental clinic in Norwich highly enough ( although I would rather keep is a secret)! I love all the receptionists and nurses who are so welcoming, friendly and helpful to their patients. It’s a delight to come in, you know that you will get a welcoming smile right away.
The surgery runs like a well oiled machine - a great professional modern clinic with a dream team behind it.
I am saving a special praise for Dr. Shah (Sam) who is my dentist. Is just the way he has looked after me over the years and has continually invented ways to make my experience a good one every time I come in. I have very sensitive teeth so any procedure, however small is always a bit of a stressful one. Sam is a master at managing me as a patient, so much so that during the last procedure (invasive one requiring an anaesthetic) I actually managed to dose off!! Remarkable considering that I normally wriggle like a worm in that chair! This is all down to Sam’s skills as a dentist as well as his ability to put patients at ease.
Like I said, a fabulous surgery but please don’t tell anyone, let’s keep this between us!

A truly exceptional practice with an excellent team. I am 62 years old and I am delighted with the result. Although I live 30 miles away, it was certainly worth the effort to travel further afield. Sam’s perfectionism is a great advantage to the client!
